  1. Vegetable Blancher

    APPLICATION:Suitable for blanching the vegetables. The vegetables are heated in hot water for specified amount of time to deactivate enzymes thereby ensuring blanching.PROCESS:The product is fed into the feed hopper of the unit. It enters into the perforated drum directly. The tank is filled with water, which is heated by steam. The boiling water enters the perforated drum and the product is immersed in it. The product moves forward in a positive manner due to the screw arrangement created inside the drum. The blanching time is controlled precisely by the VFD. After blanching the product is removed from the drum by the scooping arrangement and discharged outside the machine using the discharge hopper.

  2. Hot Water Blancher

    APPLICATION:Suitable for blanching all kinds of vegetables. Products like leafy vegetables can also be blanched in the machine as the crates have spring loaded lids.PROCESS:The product to be blanched is filled in the perforated crates. Spring loaded lids ensure that the product remains immersed in water during blanching. After the blanching cycle the crates can be lifted and removed from the tank.

    APPLICATION:Suitable for blanching the vegetables. The vegetables are heated in hot water for specified amount of time to deactivate enzymes thereby ensuring blanching.PROCESS:The product is passed through hot water for specified amount of time on a modular belt. Hot water is also sprayed from the top with the help of pipeline and nozzles. After heating the belt then lifts the product out of water and discharges it to the next machine.
