Fruit Jam Making Machine 

We offer automatic plants for fruit jam processing. Jam is normally prepared from ready made pulp.

Capacity of the plants supplied by us ranges from 500 kgs per hour to 2,000 kgs per hour of fruit jam.

This plant includes the following machinery:

SUGAR SYRUP SECTION:

1. Steam Jacketed Kettles (for mixing sugar in water along with heating)
2. Filter Press (filtering the solution to receive sugar syrup)
3. Storage tank for sugar syrup

JAM PROCESSING SECTION

1. Pulp receiving tank (for receiving the fruit pulp)
2. Pectin preparation vessel (for mixing pectin with water)
3. Jam Preparation Machine (mixing fruit pulp with sugar syrup and pectin along with vacuum concentration or open kettle heating)
4. Storage Tank (for holding the jam prepared

FILLING & PACKAGING SECTION

The jam prepared is filled and packed in one of the following types of packs

1.     Glass bottles - Automatic filling machines for filling in glass bottles

2.     Pouches Automatic filling and packing machines for filling in pouches
