The Hot Break System that we provide to our customers is widely sued in the food industry for the processing of a number of fruits and vegetables. This system comprises of a fruit mill, product pump, heat exchanger, etc in order to increase the temperature of the incoming products instantaneously upto working temperatures of 90 degrees.
