Hot Water Blancher 

APPLICATION:

Suitable for blanching all kinds of vegetables. Products like leafy vegetables can also be blanched in the machine as the crates have spring loaded lids.

PROCESS:

The product to be blanched is filled in the perforated crates. Spring loaded lids ensure that the product remains immersed in water during blanching. After the blanching cycle the crates can be lifted and removed from the tank.

INCLUSIONS:

1. Main washing tank that is rectangular sloped bottom type. Overflow and drain connection with pipeline is provided to the tank
2. Perforated crates with handles made of SS sheets
3. The lids are spring loaded and made of perforated sheet
